Spent 6 months abroad primarily doing volunteer work. I spent 3 months in Honduras with coral cay surveying the coral reef followed by 2 months in the Guyana rain forest with Trekforce building a ranger station.

Responsible for creating an Intranet system from initial concept, to business critical application to replace an existing paper based system. Initial part-time role as web maintainer using HTML, DHTML, CSS and JavaScript became full-time web developer role (above).
